ETC’s Commercial/Industrial Unit Secures $9.1 Million in New Contracts

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. — Environmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC: ETCC) (“ETC” or the “Company”) announced that its Environmental Testing and Simulation Systems (ETSS) business unit has been awarded two major contracts totaling $9.1 million.

The first, valued at $7.0 million, designates ETSS as the environmental test cell equipment supplier for a new, state-of-the-art Formula 1 and NASCAR racing engine development center. Under the contract, ETSS will provide a range of advanced test cell support equipment, including combustion air supply systems that deliver precisely controlled temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions to engine intakes.

In a separate award, ETSS secured a $2.1 million contract to supply testing equipment to a U.S.-based heavy-duty diesel engine developer. The systems will enable precisely conditioned combustion air and altitude simulation capabilities of up to 14,000 feet.

“These projects further strengthen ETSS’s position as a leading provider of advanced engine development and testing solutions across both the racing and heavy-duty diesel markets,” said Greg Raab, ETSS Business Unit Manager. (Global Newswire)
