LABUAN — A fallen tree obstructed the main road on Jalan Kolam here, prompting a call for urgent assistance to the Labuan Civil Defence Force (APM Labuan).
The report was received at 6:54 am, with the complainant stating that the tree was blocking traffic and immediate action was required.
