LABUAN — Pre-registration for the Basic Sports Training Skills: Swimming (KLAS Swimming) Series 3 Phase 3/2025 programme in the Federal Territory of Labuan is now open.
The programme, an initiative by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) through the National Youth and Sports Department, aims to enhance basic swimming skills among participants, particularly children.
A spokesperson from the Labuan Youth and Sports Department said the programme is targeted at children from B40 (low-income) families aged between six and 12, as well as senior citizens aged 60 to 75.
“Participation in the programme is free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions,” said the spokesperson.
