LABUAN – Ferry services between Labuan and Kota Kinabalu are currently operating three days a week, according to an announcement by Labuan Holdings Sdn Bhd today.
The ferry departs Kota Kinabalu at 8.00am, while the return trip from Labuan departs at 1.00pm.
The service is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during festive seasons and school holidays.
Passengers who wish to change the date or time of their tickets may submit their request up to one hour before the scheduled departure, subject to seat availability. A RM5 penalty fee will be imposed and requests must be made at the ticket counter.
For ticket cancellations and refund requests, applications must also be submitted at least one hour before departure. A RM5 penalty fee will apply and approved refunds will be credited to the passenger’s bank account within seven working days.
