KUALA LUMPUR — The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has added five entities to its Investor Alert List as of July 8, 2026, to warn the public about potentially unauthorised investment-related activities.
The latest additions are potential clone entity Elzar Shariah, VIP Hazli Affiliate, potential clone entity Aethel Capital, Antos Pinnacles and AIMS FX.
The Investor Alert List contains the names of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals identified by the SC.
The commission said the list is not exhaustive and should only serve as a guide for investors before making investment decisions.
The list is updated periodically and is available on the SC’s website.
