LABUAN — Public facilities and areas at the Labuan Youth and Sports Complex (KOMBES) will reopen for recreational activities and jogging from tomorrow (Sept 8).
A Labuan Federal Territory Youth and Sports Department spokesperson said the facilities would be open from 6 am to 10 pm daily.
“However, the KOMBES Stadium and athletics track are still not open to the public,” the spokesperson said in a notice issued today.
The department advised the public to take note of the operating arrangements.
