KUALA LUMPUR — The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated its Investor Alert List, which contains the names of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
The SC advised investors to note that the list is not exhaustive and is intended only as a guide to help them make informed decisions before investing.
The following entities were added to the list as at 6 Oct 2026:
- TikTok page impersonating the Securities Commission Malaysia
- X page impersonating InvestSmart SC
The list is updated periodically for public reference and is available on the SC’s website at Securities Commission Malaysia – Investor Alert List.
Members of the public are encouraged to alert the SC if they come across any suspicious capital market activities.
