KUALA LUMPUR — SMRT Holdings Bhd will transfer its listing from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd’s ACE Market to the Main Market, while Omesti Bhd will change its name to Tegra Bhd, with both changes taking effect on Oct 20.
Bursa Malaysia Securities announced that SMRT Holdings’ transfer would take effect at 9 am on Tuesday under the Technology sector.
The company’s stock short name, SMRT, and stock code, 0117, will remain unchanged following the transfer.
Meanwhile, Bursa Malaysia announced that Omesti Bhd’s securities would be traded and quoted under the new name, Tegra Bhd, from 9 am on Oct 20.
Its stock short name will change from OMESTI to TEGRA, while the company’s stock code will remain unchanged.
The name change will also apply to its warrants, currently known as Omesti Bhd-Warrants D 2025/2030, which will be renamed Tegra Bhd-Warrants D 2025/2030.
The warrants’ stock short name will change from OMESTI-WD to TEGRA-WD.
